These Terms govern your use of the Loan Doctor AI website (loandoctorai.com) and services operated by Genesis Financial Services. By using the site or submitting an enquiry you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and a resident of India to use our services.

2. Nature of service

Loan Doctor AI is a loan-marketplace, financial-distribution and consultancy platform. We are NOT a bank, NBFC, or lender. Financial products (loans, credit cards, insurance) are offered by regulated partner institutions who take the final credit / underwriting decision.

3. Corporate distribution partner

Loan sourcing for select products is carried out in conjunction with Urban Money Private Limited (our corporate distribution partner). Loan approval and disbursal remain at the sole discretion of the underlying bank / NBFC.

4. Accurate information

You agree to provide truthful, complete and accurate information. Any misrepresentation may result in rejection of your application and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement or credit bureaus.

5. Fees & charges

Website usage is free. Where paid services (e.g. paid consultancy) apply, exact charges are disclosed transparently in writing before payment.

6. No guarantee

We do not guarantee loan approval, sanction, interest rate, subsidy grant, CIBIL improvement, or any specific outcome. Product terms are governed by the partner institution's policies.

7. Intellectual property

All content, mascot, brand assets and code are the property of Genesis Financial Services. Unauthorised copying is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

Loan Doctor AI is not liable for lender decisions, delays, third-party actions, force majeure, or indirect / consequential losses.

9. Modifications

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Surat, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
