Cancellation Policy

You may cancel eligible services and enquiries per this policy.

1. Enquiries

You may cancel or withdraw an enquiry at any time by writing to support@genesisfinance.in or https://wa.me/919499799598.

2. Consultancy bookings

Cancel a booked consultancy up to 4 hours before the scheduled slot for a full refund (if paid). Cancellations within 4 hours: 50% refund.

3. Loan applications

You may cancel a submitted application any time before the loan is disbursed by writing to support@genesisfinance.in.

4. Cool-off period on disbursed loans

Where applicable, RBI Digital Lending Guidelines allow a Cool-off / Look-up period from the date of the loan agreement. Please refer to the partner lender's loan documents for the exact terms applicable to your loan.

5. Account cancellation

You may request deletion of your website account and personal data at https://loandoctorai.com/legal/account-deletion or by writing to grievance@genesisfinance.in.
