Refund Policy

This policy explains when and how refunds are handled for services offered by Genesis Financial Services through the Loan Doctor AI website.
1. Free services
Enquiries, information requests, use of the AI Financial Advisor, and general consultation intake are FREE. No refund arises.
2. Paid consultancy
For paid consultancy sessions, if we fail to deliver the agreed session within 7 days of payment, a 100% refund is issued to the source account within 5–7 business days.
3. Lender-charged fees
Any processing fees or charges paid directly to a partner bank / NBFC are governed by that lender's refund policy and terms. Please refer to the loan agreement.
4. Turnaround time
Standard refund TAT: 5–7 business days. UPI transactions: typically 24–48 hours. Card refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on the issuing bank.
5. How to claim
Email support@genesisfinance.in with the transaction ID and reason. Response within 48 hours.
